When I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, I learned what it meant to fight for what I believed in. I bring the same dedication and tenaciousness to my criminal and civil law practice.

I began my legal career at the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office: first, as a law clerk, later as a volunteer attorney. There, I researched interesting legal issues for the office, wrote and argued Suppression Motions and Appeals, and worked on the "Three Strikes" team. Due to that valuable experience, I am very skilled at Motions work, Trial work, and "Three Strikes" cases in particular.

Alternative Sentencing Options

If your case is headed for trial, you'll want me on your side. I have won acquittals or otherwise beaten Prosecutors on tough cases. If your case does not go to trial or I cannot get it dismissed, I can and will negotiate excellent plea-bargains for my clients who will accept a plea bargain.
